The general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the annaghadimi.com website.

Ghadimidesigns.com reserves the right to modify these conditions over time. The conditions applicable to any order are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

The online sales site is www.ghadimidesigns.com

The people responsible for the publication are individuals or legal entities. This site is published and distributed by Shopify. Shopify's terms of use must, in fact, be known to users and buyers of Shopify and www.ghadimidesigns.com.

By purchasing a product on ghadimidesigns.com site, customers accept these conditions of sale and acknowledge having a full knowledge of them.

Each product is presented on ghadimidesigns.com site with descriptions and several photographs, as truthful to its real appearance as possible. Ghadimidesigns.com cannot be held liable to any possible different perception by the customer.

The products on the site are available unless the terms “coming soon”, “out of stock”, or “sold out” are stated. However, if there is an unexpected error on the site and a customer purchases a product which is unavailable, the customer may request a full refund of the sum paid back within (14) days at the latest of their payment. Also, the customer might exchange the unavailable product for an existing product, or the customer might wait for the ordered product which can be produced at Ghadimi Designs studio. No cancellation compensation applies, other than a full refund.

Delivery of purchased products by the customer will be processed to all countries of the world (except conflict zones and countries where deliveries are restricted).

The site ghadimidesigns.com is always accessible, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any exceptions to that might be due to site scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, or a result of “force majeure”. Ghadimidesigns.com cannot be held responsible for any damage that is caused by the unavailability of the site.

All prices on the ghadimidesigns.com are indicated in Euro. Shipping costs will be added to each order and the price in Euro will be indicated clearly on the delivery page, and according to the country of dispatched. The final price is communicated to the customer before the order is validated, and the payment is made.

Ghadimidesigns.com reserves the right to amend the prices displayed on the site at any time, for example when the price of materials is increased by the suppliers. However, annaghadimi.com undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the site at the time of the order.

The product remains the property of ghadimidesigns.com until the full payment for a purchased product has been received by annaghadimi.com.

Ghadimidesigns.com reserves the right to amend the prices if any change in VAT should be reflected in the price of the products.

No taxes are included in deliveries outside mainland France. As the tax is not included in the price in the deliveries outside of mainland France, it can not be refunded. Customers outside of mainland France are personally responsible for any duties and import tax that might apply to the delivery in their home country.

All prices are displayed in Euro and are the same throughout the world.

Ghadimidesigns.com reserves the right to cancel and refund the order if the incorrect price has been displayed on the site. This might be due to human error, technical, etc. The customer will be informed of such an error as soon as possible.

Data provided by the customer, and recorded confirmation equals proof of transaction. The customer must ensure that all details entered on site while making a purchase are correct and complete. Ghadimidesigns.com, cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the resulting consequences. All costs associated with those errors will be a responsibility of the customer.

Ghadimidesigns.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or presents any form of risk.

Payments are made online and are fully secured by the payment providers which are currently used on ghadimidesigns.com site. However, annaghadimi.com cannot be held liable for any damage, directly or indirectly caused by any nature whatsoever, related to the use of these payment tools. The customer is held responsible for familiarizing themselves with the terms and conditions of the payment platforms and accepting them. No action or any claim can be made due to the payment platforms’ errors at any time against annaghadimi.com.


When order is approved the shipment of the product will be made to mainland France within 2 to 21 business days depending on availability. However additional 72 hours should be added to shipment time when ordering a candle, as our candles are hand poured to order.

Delivery times might vary but in general for Europe it is 6 to 12 days and for the rest of the World 12 to 25 days.

The delivery provider used is La Poste, with a tracking number for France and for Europe and the rest of the World La Poste partners. However, ghadimidesigns.com reserves the right, without prior notice to the customer, to collaborate with other delivery providers if needed.


Ghadimidesigns.com cannot be held responsible for changes, delays and disruptions in delivery times carried by the delivery service providers, such as transport disruptions, postal strikes, etc.

All products offered by ghadimidesigns.com are subject to the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Once the customer receives the product, they bear all risks of damage or loss.

The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered package. If the package appears to be damaged in any way, the customer must not open the package and report the damage to the La Poste within 5 working days.

Once the package is opened a customer cannot make a claim. Opening a package removes any responsibility from the carrier.

If the delivery is delayed for more than 5 days, the customer is advised to check the status of the delivery. If the package is not pending contact us at: ghadimidesigns@gmail.com

Any anomaly concerning the items, such as damage, chipped, broken, defective must be reported within 5 days, otherwise not complying with those procedures will invalidate any customer claim.


In the event of loss or damage to a returned package, annaghadimi.com will not refund the order, and the buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier.  All returns must be submitted by email to: ghadimidesigns@gmail.com 


If the customer wishes to return and/or refund their item, they must return it at their own expense to the following address:

All ghadimidesigns.com products are hand build from stoneware in our studio. As the products are handmade, hand build, and hand glazed, each product is one of one and unique. No product when produced by hand can be repeated. We welcome small imperfections and cracks. The way we chosen to produce our products allows each customer to experience a truly unique piece, which no one else has.

All candles and diffusers are prepared in our studio when the order is placed and accepted. Customers should always allow an additional 72 hours to the delivery times when ordering a candle, as candles are hand poured to order.

Due to the nature of our products (candles and diffusers) all customers must familiarize themselves with the warning/safety leaflet attached with each delivery as well as follow the instructions on how the candles and diffusers should be used safely.
